เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 เวลา 14.00–16.00 น. ณ คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจากโรงเรียนมหิดลวิทยานุสรณ์ ได้เข้าร่วมการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “The School of The Future and Its Success Factors”
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Mr. Anders Adlercreutz, Minister of Education, Finland (รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์) มาร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยสำคัญ (Key Factors) ที่ส่งเสริมความสำเร็จของระบบการศึกษาในสาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ ซึ่งได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญที่น่าสนใจ ดังนี้
- ความเสมอภาคและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของผู้เรียน (Equity and learner well-being) มุ่งเน้นหลักการ “Equity leads to Excellence” ความเท่าเทียมเป็นพื้นฐานสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการศึกษา และผู้เรียนต้องเรียนรู้อย่างมีคุณภาพและมีความสุข
- ความเป็นมืออาชีพและอิสระของครู (Teacher professionalism and autonomy) ครูในสาธารณรัฐฟินแลนด์ต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยระดับปริญญาโท เปิดโอกาสให้ออกแบบและบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างเป็นอิสระ
- การรู้เท่าทันสื่อและเครื่องมือดิจิทัลสำหรับห้องเรียน (Media literacy and digital classroom tools) รัฐสนับสนุนทรัพยากรด้านดิจิทัลอย่างทั่วถึง เช่น การจัดสรร iPad หรือ laptop ให้ผู้เรียนใช้งานภายในโรงเรียน เพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- นโยบายการศึกษาที่อิงหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ (Evidence-based policies for future schools) การกำหนดนโยบายที่ตั้งอยู่บนข้อมูลและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาโรงเรียนแห่งอนาคตที่ตอบโจทย์จริง
ภายหลังการบรรยาย มีการเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในรูปแบบ “Fireside Chat: The Future of Schooling – Shared Pathways to Success” โดยมีคณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษาในประเทศไทยร่วมเป็นวิทยากร
การเสวนาครั้งนี้ได้เชื่อมโยงและต่อยอดแนวคิดความสำเร็จของระบบการศึกษาของฟินแลนด์ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ข้อจำกัด แนวคิด และแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของประเทศไทย รวมถึงโอกาสในการสร้างความร่วมมือผ่านสถานทูตฟินแลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาการศึกษาไทยในภาพรวมต่อไป
On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, administrators and personnel from Mahidol Wittayanusorn School attended a special lecture titled “The School of The Future and Its Success Factors.”
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Anders Adlercreutz, Minister of Education, Finland, who shared knowledge regarding the Key Factors that contribute to the success of Finland’s internationally acclaimed education system. The main topics of interest included:
- Equity and learner well-being: Focuses on the principle of “Equity leads to Excellence.” Equality is the foundation for educational excellence, and learners must engage in high-quality learning and be happy.
- Teacher professionalism and autonomy: Teachers in Finland must hold at least a Master’s degree. They have the autonomy and are given full trust to design and manage their instruction.
- Media literacy and digital classroom tools: The government comprehensively supports digital resources, such as allocating iPads or laptops for student use within schools, to enhance modern learning effectively.
- Evidence-based policies for future schools: Policy-making is based on data and empirical evidence, leading to the development of future schools that address real-world needs.
Following the lecture, there was a discussion session in the format of a “Fireside Chat: The Future of Schooling – Shared Pathways to Success.” The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, and distinguished experts in Thai education participated as panelists.
The discussion connected and elaborated upon the success concepts of the Finnish education system, analyzing the limitations, ideas, and approaches for their appropriate application within the context of Thailand. It also explored opportunities for creating collaborative partnerships through the Embassy of Finland in Thailand to further promote the overall development of Thai education.
